『ZANPA MARIAGE DINNER PARTY～SMILE BE WAVES in 2023～』を天皇家菩提寺 御寺 泉涌寺で光の屋外ダイニング。

比嘉酒造様では、2021年より、ZANPAの新商品発表とそれに伴うマリアージュディナーパーティーイベント『ZANPA SMILE BE WAVES』を開催。2021年から始まったこのイベントは、その年のZANPAの新作発表とZANPAファンや大切なお客様をお招きしてマリアージュディナーパーティーを楽しんでいただくというイベントです。昨年の2022年は、都内においてフレンチの最高峰として知られるジョエル・ロブションの系列店 『ラ ターブル ドゥ ジョエル・ロブション（LA TABLE de Joël Robuchon）』にて、開催。今年は、天皇家の菩提寺総本山 御寺（みてら）『泉涌寺（せんにゅうじ）』様の境内を特別にお借りして、屋外でZANPA 選りすぐりの5種類のお酒とペアリングディナーをご用意。お料理は、京都祇園の名店『祇園 椿』様とコラボレーション。板長自ら沖縄までお越しくださり、厳選して取り寄せた沖縄の食材を使って、美食好奇心を掻き立てる京懐石料理に腕を振るって頂きました。

また、本年度のハイエンドシリーズZANPA最高峰古酒『TORAKICHI 2024』のデザイナーには、映画音楽アカデミー賞を受賞され、数々の有名映画・ドラマ音楽を世の中に送り出されている作曲家の佐藤直紀様にご依頼。デザインプロデュースはもとより、お酒の味を決めるブレンドも監修して頂きました。こちらの商品を含めた様々なプレミアム泡盛とのマリアージュをお楽しみいただける美食のディナーパーティー。このイベントでは、【2023 SMILE BE WAVES〜残灯会〜】というタイトルテーマで、料理はもちろん、今回の天皇家の菩提寺という舞台の装飾には、2000個の灯籠や300球のランタン、お堂のライトアップや音楽演奏などで、五感で感じてもらえるような志向で行い、参加者約100名のゲストに楽しんでいただきました。エンディングには、佐藤直樹さんとそのパートナーで、ソプラノ歌手のYUCCAさんに登場いただき、大河ドラマ「龍馬伝」や「コードブルー」のミニライブを開催。ZANPA様のお酒と共にゲストの皆さんに様々お楽しみいただける会となりました。

This year, we have specially rented the grounds of Sennyu-ji Temple, the head temple of the imperial family's family temple, and will be serving an outdoor pairing dinner with five types of ZANPA-selected alcoholic beverages. . The food is a collaboration with Gion Tsubaki, a famous restaurant in Gion, Kyoto. The head chef himself came to Okinawa and used carefully selected Okinawan ingredients to prepare Kyoto kaiseki cuisine that aroused gastronomic curiosity.
In addition, the designer of this year's high-end series ZANPA's highest quality aged sake "TORAKICHI 2024" is Naoki Sato, a composer who has won the Academy of Film Music Award and has released music for many famous movies and dramas. request. This event has the title theme [2023 SMILE BE WAVES~After-Torn Party~], and in addition to the food, the stage, which is the family temple of the imperial family, will be decorated with 2,000 lanterns, 300 lanterns, and lights in the hall. The event was designed to be experienced with all five senses, with close-ups and musical performances, and was enjoyed by approximately 100 guests. At the end of the event, Naoki Sato and his partner, soprano singer YUCCA, appeared and held a mini-live performance of the taiga dramas ``Ryomaden'' and ``Code Blue.'' It was a party where all the guests could enjoy a variety of things along with ZANPA's alcohol.
